Hey kiddos, join us for Noon Year's Eve! We'll be crafting until 11:55 AM, then we'll countdown to noon, and celebrate with a toast, some bubbly, and a dance party!
We're filling in the down time between Christmas and New Years with some of our favorite winter movies. Feel free to bring snacks if you wish, and pillows and blankets if you want to get comfy!
The young adult graphic novels (YAGN) are moving! We'll have signs up at the library to help you find their new home. This shift will free up more room for our growing YAGN collection, especially manga, and we're VERY excited!
Join us for TWO workshops. We'll have Journal Decorating at 10 AM - 12 PM on Saturday, January 26th, 2019 and Bullet Journaling on Saturday, February 2, at 10 AM - 12 PM.
Think books are awesome? Think we are awesome? Donate today to keep the party going!
Some of staff is super excited to read Becoming by Michelle Obama. From the book jacket: In a life filled with meaning and accomplishment, Michelle Obama has emerged as one of the most iconic and compelling women of our era. As First Lady of the United States of America, she helped create the most welcoming and inclusive White House in history. With unerring honesty and lively wit, she describes her triumphs and her disappointments, both public and private. A deeply personal reckoning of a woman of soul and substance who has steadily defied expectations.
