Well, 2020 has finally arrived. With the fresh new year ahead, many of us choose to make New Year’s Resolutions.

According to a survey, the most popular New Year’s Resolutions for 2019 were:

  1. Diet or eat healthier
  2. Exercise more
  3. Lose weight
  4. Save more and spend less
  5. Learn a new skill or hobby
  6. Quit smoking
  7. Read more
  8. Find another job
  9. Drink less alcohol
  10. Spend more time with family and friends

Sticking to them can be tricky, but you’re in luck! The West Bend Library is here to help. You probably already know that we have books on just about every subject you could wish for, but if you’re looking for more support or accountability than a book can offer, check out Gale Courses.
