Well, 2020 has finally arrived. With the fresh new year ahead, many of us choose to make New Year’s Resolutions.
According to a survey, the most popular New Year’s Resolutions for 2019 were:
- Diet or eat healthier
- Exercise more
- Lose weight
- Save more and spend less
- Learn a new skill or hobby
- Quit smoking
- Find another job
- Drink less alcohol
- Spend more time with family and friends
Sticking to them can be tricky, but you’re in luck! The West Bend Library is here to help.
