The Hobbit Birthday Tea Party *registration required
Friday, September 22 at 10am (toddler & preschool-age)
AND Saturday, September 23 at 10am (all youth welcome)
Hobbits are especially known for food, parties...and comfort! And we will celebrate all three at the library for Bilbo and Frodo Baggin's September 22nd birthdays!! Dress in your Hobbit finest: maybe a cozy vest, a flowing cloak, frilly blouse, tweed jacket, suspenders, or aprons as Hobbit-y costumes for both children and adults are highly encouraged for this momentous occasion! While feasting on light refreshments, we will learn to be well-mannered Hobbits, sing songs of good cheer, play games fit for the Shire, and have a Hobbit door craft. Choose from two different tea party times to celebrate with us in true Hobbit fashion as the story time room is transformed into "Bag End!"
